በመጀመሪያው ምድብ ማለትም ጥቅምት 9 ቀን 2013 ዓ.ም በገጠር ወረዳና ቀበሌ ከተሞች የሚገኙ ትምህርት ቤቶች ትምህርት እንዲጀምሩ ተወስኗል።

በ2ኛ ምድብ ጥቅምት 16 ቀን 2013 ደግሞ በሁሉም የዞንና የክልል ከተሞች የሚገኙ ትምህርት ቤቶች ትምህርት እንዲጀምሩ ነው የተወሰነው።
