Supple use of heads message The goal of adult and non-formal education is to provide basic adult education to the youth and adults aged 15 years and above, to enable the adult to be able to read, write and calculate, and to provide non-formal education programs for children and youth who do not have the opportunity to study in the formal education program. One option is to increase the basic education rate of our country by empowering citizens with knowledge, skills and thinking and using new technologies to improve their standard of living by using education provision. And analysing and identifying gaps in the knowledge and skill of the content and teaching method shown by the evaluation results, by preparing and managing written assess In education work, the budget and asset allocated by the government and large organization are to be used only for the intended purpose and to prevent it from being wasted ,provide training to prevent it ,and if the allocated resources are found to be wasted, to recover them and bring them to trial, also to prevent malpractices and corruption and to produce citizens with good morals.
