• Recruits new incubators for basic entrepreneurship; It provides business planning and accounting training and capacity building support

• Reviews, provides feedback, organizes and finalizes the business plan of each incubatee.

• Fairly distributes the assets in the center to the incubates and rents the working space.

• Coaching and mounting services are provided to incubators in normal conditions

• Periodically evaluates the incubatee's performance, gives feedback, takes action, identifies weak and strong areas.

• Creates market linkages, allowing incubators to exploit market opportunities in a competitive or equitable manner.

• Incubates will be established by law according to government regulations

• Identifying gaps in incubators and providing them with the necessary training and capacity building support.
